Whether you are having a sit down dinner, a wedding buffet for 300 people, a corporate reception, an event for 1000, or want me to make a nice dinner to drop off at your place, our intention is for it to be the best food you ever tested. The products and ingredients that we use to make our food innovative and flavorful, are of the highest quality. Organic when available, free-range, wild and all natural meats and poultry, and fresh produce and products are preferred—not frozen.
