The Beaver Creek Chophouse is situated on the slopeside, at the Base of the Centennial Lift. Take in the picturesque views from our spacious deck and truly soak in the mountain life as you enjoy a refreshing beverage and an après snack or two served up by their accommodating staff. They welcome families at the Chophouse, and want to assure that not only the parents enjoy their meal at our restaurant, but that a pleasant experience has been created for the children as well. Located in The Pines Lodge, a chic European Ski Lodge nestled in the forest hillside of Beaver Creek Ski Resort, the dining room exudes a comfortable mountain ambiance with spectacular views. Enjoy Tony Gulizia nightly during the high seasons as he entertains with his world-class jazz piano and vocals. The wine list is an award winning compilation of some of the finest, hard to find domestic wines with a touch of world representations. You are sure to find a wine you have been dying to try or one you are treasuring in your own cellar, but have yet to open.
