Allie's, set high on Beaver Creek Mountain amid a grove of pine trees, offers stunning views of the valley and village below, as well as equally stunning cuisine. Named for Allie Townsend, a notable 19th-century Beaver Creek socialite, the restaurant definitely evokes feelings of frontier days gone by. Allie's is available for group events all winter long.

Located Slopeside, at the Base of the Centennial Lift, the Beaver Creek Chophouse sits amidst all the activity of Beaver Creek Mountain. Blue Moose is a beloved regional chain specializing in pizzas with pizazz. A number of the pies are one-of-a-kind mashups of pizza and some other dish (note the lasagna pizza, the bacon cheeseburger pizza, the buffalo wing pizza and the philly cheesesteak pizza). His business has been featured on the food network and his sauce has won hundreds of awards. Duane has branched out to Colorado and we now present Piney River BBQ. We feature a secret sauce made fresh in our kitchen, home-made baked bean, and you gotta try our pulled pork! Season - Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Open from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Other times available for groups. Piney River is private property but the road leading to us is White River National Forest. USFS controls the road to our gate. We are not open for lunch in winter.

This freezer-isle ice cream, which had humble beginnings in the 1920s, has been sold in franchised shops since 1976. Small and neat, the unassuming shops are devoid of splashy colors or cartoon characters. Ice cream names are straightforward--Green Tea, Dulce de Leche, Bailey's Irish Cream--but the flavors are sophisticated. The Belgian Chocolate is dark and speckled with bittersweet flecks. There are also thick, creamy shakes and malts. Some locations sell ice cream cakes made with Haagen-Dazs ice cream and creamy frosting. These cakes must be picked up in-store.
