Allie's, set high on Beaver Creek Mountain amid a grove of pine trees, offers stunning views of the valley and village below, as well as equally stunning cuisine. Named for Allie Townsend, a notable 19th-century Beaver Creek socialite, the restaurant definitely evokes feelings of frontier days gone by. Allie's is available for group events all winter long.

Located Slopeside, at the Base of the Centennial Lift, the Beaver Creek Chophouse sits amidst all the activity of Beaver Creek Mountain. Blue Moose is a beloved regional chain specializing in pizzas with pizazz. A number of the pies are one-of-a-kind mashups of pizza and some other dish (note the lasagna pizza, the bacon cheeseburger pizza, the buffalo wing pizza and the philly cheesesteak pizza). Of course, all your traditional favorites are available as well, along with a tempting selection of other Italian entrees (calzones, paninnis, spaghetti, fettucine, and eggplant or chicken parmesan).
